a) For any unauthorized transactions, please contact the bank immediately to freeze your card for security reasons.

b) For transaction disputes, please complete the Cardholder Transaction Dispute Declaration Form and contact UOB Call Centre at 1800 222 2121 or +65 6222 2121 (if you are calling from overseas) for further assistance.

c) Kindly note that the Bank will conduct the necessary review  upon receipt of the duly completed and signed  Cardholder Transaction Dispute Declaration Form.  Please return the form with the relevant supporting documents within 7 business days.
