The Spend and Get Promotion (“Promotion”) is applicable to selected United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) Visa Infinite Principal Credit Cardmembers only • This Promotion is only applicable to UOB Visa Infinite Cards issued in Singapore • Only retail transactions, posted Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) and recurring bill payment (excluding fund transfer, cash advance, instalment loan, fee or interest related transactions) charged to UOB Visa Infinite Card(s) from 11 October to 30 November 2013, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) will be taken into account for this Promotion •  To qualify, UOB Visa Infinite Cardmembers must charge to their UOB Visa Infinite Card a minimum spend of S$5,000 (“Qualifying Amount”) during the Promotion Period (“Qualified Cardmembers”) •  The first 100 Qualified UOB Visa Infinite Cardmembers (“Qualifiers”) to meet the Qualifying Amount based on the earliest posting date during the Promotion Period will qualify for the redemption of Georg Jensen Wine & Bar Set of Wine Cooler, Wine Pourer & Stopper (“Gift”) • Qualifying Amount will be determined based on posting dates reflected on statement between 11 October to 30 November 2013 (both dates inclusive) and in Singapore Dollar Currency • Qualifying Amount includes UOB Visa Infinite Supplementary Card(s) retail transactions, posted Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) and recurring bill payment (excluding fund transfer, cash advance, instalment loan, fee or interest related transactions) • The Qualified Cardmember’s UOB Visa Infinite Credit Card account must be in good standing and not voluntarily or involuntarily cancelled, terminated, closed or suspended at any time between 11 October to 30 November 2013 (both dates inclusive) or such other date as may be decided by UOB at its absolute discretion • Limited to one (1) redemption per Qualifier and the Gift is not exchangeable for cash, credit, other gifts or benefit in kind • Redemption letters will be mailed to the Qualifiers within two (2) months after the end of the Promotion Period • Late redemption of the reward will be treated as uncollected and there will be no payment or compensation for any uncollected Gift • UOB reserves the right to replace the Gift with another reward of similar value in case of stock unavailability without prior notice • UOB can terminate/vary/withdraw/substitute this promotion at any time, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason thereof and without payment or compensation whatsoever • UOB’s decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the promotion shall be final and binding on the Qualified Cardmembers • While the information provided herein is believed to be reliable at the date of printing, UOB makes no representation or warranty whether express or implied, and accepts no responsibility or reliability for its completeness or accuracy • Qualified Cardmembers shall be determined by UOB in its sole and absolute discretion and such decision(s) shall be final and binding • UOB shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of sale transactions by Visa Acquiring Merchants, merchant establishments, VISA International Incorporated, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other parties which may result in a charge incurred by the UOB Visa Infinite Cardmember and/or his/her Supplementary Cardmember(s) being omitted from the Promotion Period • UOB reserves the right to amend, add or vary any of the terms and conditions herein without giving any reason or prior notice or assuming any liability to any UOB Visa Infinite Cardmembers • In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any marketing brochures or promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail • Qualified Cardmembers shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions governing UOB Cardmember Agreement

UOB assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchant or defects in the goods or services offered in this promotion. UOB is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute about the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the merchant. The merchant may impose conditions for the redemption of the goods or services. UOB will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption or usage of the goods and services.
