Terms and Conditions Governing United Overseas Bank Limited ("UOB") UOB Privilege Reserve Card One-way Limousine Airport Transfer Service to Singapore Changi Airport

1.
(a) Principal cardmembers ("Eligible Cardmembers") of UOB Privilege Reserve Cards ("Cards") who spend and charge a minimum of S$40,000 ("Qualifying Amount") in card transactions ("Transactions") to their Cards from 1 November 2013 to 31 December 2013, both dates inclusive ("Qualifying Period"), will be eligible for two (2) complimentary one-way limousine airport transfer service ("Service") from an agreed destination in Singapore to Singapore Changi Airport.

Card transactions refer to transactions charged in local and foreign currency, and exclude funds transfers, cash advances, fees, interests and other financial charges. For the avoidance of doubt, the benefit of all charges incurred by a supplementary Cardmember in respect of this Service shall accrue to the principal Cardmember. The Qualifying Amount will be determined based on posting dates of the Transactions as reflected on Cards statement from 1 November 2013 to 31 December 2013, both dates inclusive. UOB will not be liable for any late transaction postings affecting any Cardmember's eligibility to qualify for the complimentary Service.
(b) UOB will procure a third party service provider ("Service Provider") to arrange for the provision of the Service.

The Service can only be redeemed by the Eligible Cardmember during the period commencing 1 January 2014 to 31 March 2014, both dates inclusive ("Redemption Period"), and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, other products or privileges in full or in part. No advance or extension of this Service beyond the Redemption Period will be permitted. Eligible Cardmembers will be notified 14 days after the Qualifying Period through mail.

Each Eligible Cardmember can invite up to three (3) guests to enjoy the Service on a complimentary basis provided that all such guests are travelling in the same limousine with the Eligible Cardmember and are on the same flight as the Eligible Cardmember.
4.
A total of up to four (4) check-in AND cabin-sized luggage bags (combined) are allowed, on a complimentary basis, in (1) one limousine. Subject to the availability and capacity of a bigger limousine being available for the Service, a maximum of seven (7) passengers, including the Principal Cardmember can travel together in the same limousine, with a total of up to seven (7) check-in AND cabin-sized luggage bags (combined).

Only one (1) pick-up location is permitted per request. Subject to case-by-case review by the Service Provider, a surcharge of S$20 will apply for an extra pick-up location that is no more than three (3) kilometers away from the first pick-up location. The Service Provider will NOT be able to service any extra pick-up location that is more than three (3) kilometers away from the first pick-up location, and/or more than one (1) extra pick-up location.
6.
A surcharge of S$10.00 will apply for any pick-up arranged between 12.00 a.m. and 6.00 a.m.

(a) A grace period of twenty (20) minutes waiting time will be given for each airport transfer arranged. Thereafter, excess waiting time surcharge of S$10.00 is payable for the next ten (10) minutes.
(b) Beyond the grace period of a total of thirty (30) minutes waiting time, the Service will be regarded as a "No-show" wherein UOB is authorized to charge a sum of S$46.00 for the Service to the Card account of the Eligible Cardmember.

For pick-up from Jurong Island, an island surcharge of S$10.00 will apply.

The Eligible Cardmember MUST book the Service through the UOB Privilege Concierge ("UOB Concierge") at 1800 222 9889 at least two (2) Singapore working days prior to the Eligible Cardmember's pick up date. Subject to the terms set out in Clause (1a), the Service Provider will send a confirmation SMS to the mobile number provided to the UOB Concierge within two (2) working days. On the day before the pick-up, the Service Provider will confirm the pick-up details with the Principal Cardmember.
10.
Bookings for the Service made less than two (2) working days before the pick-up date ("Late Bookings") will not be entertained. Subject to UOB's absolute discretion, should such Late Bookings be approved by UOB, a S$10 Late Booking fee will be imposed on the Principal Cardmember.
11.
After receipt of Service Provider's confirmation SMS, the Eligible Cardmember shall notify the UOB Privilege Concierge at 1800 222 9889 of any amendment or cancellation of any booking of the Service no later than 6.00 p.m. of the day before the pick-up date for that booking, failing which the following amendment and cancellation charges will apply:-
(a) S$10.00 amendment fee for amendments made after 6.00 p.m. of the day before the pick up date for that booking;
(b) S$10.00 cancellation fee for cancellations made within two (2) hours prior to the arranged pick-up time for that booking;
(c) S$46.00 cancellation fee for cancellations made within one (1) hour prior to the arranged pick-up time for that booking;
(d) S$56.00 (aggregate of the "No-show" fee together with midnight surcharge) if pick-up was scheduled between 12.00 a.m. and 6.00 a.m.
12.
All surcharges and fees will be borne by the Eligible Cardmember and payable in cash directly to the limousine driver. UOB reserves the right to charge all surcharges, fees, amendment and/or cancellation fees to the Eligible Cardmember's Card.
13.
For emergency cases, for example vehicle breakdown or driver no-show, the Eligible Cardmember may contact the Service Provider's 24-hour Emergency Services Hotline at +65 63493835 for assistance. UOB will not be liable for driver "No-show" or vehicle breakdown.
14.
By utilizing the Service, the Eligible Cardmembers irrevocably consent to UOB to disclose their contact details and all relevant details as deemed necessary by UOB to facilitate the booking of the Service to the Service Provider.
15.
The Service is provided solely by the Service Provider, under such terms and conditions as determined by the Service Provider, and therefore, the Bank will not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for purpose or any other implied term or condition with respect to the Service. UOB also assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the Service Provider or defects in the goods and services offered hereunder. UOB is not an agent of the Service Provider. Any dispute about the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the Service Provider. UOB and the Service Provider will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption or usage of Service or the goods and services provided by the Service Provider. UOB and the Service Provider will not be responsible for any late pick up or long travel time as a result of unforeseen conditions such as bad weather, road and traffic conditions, etc. that may cause the Eligible Cardmembers and/or their guests to arrive late or to miss their flight. Eligible Cardmembers are encouraged to book their airport limousine pick up at least two and a half (2 ½) hours before the flight departure time to ensure sufficient time to reach the Singapore Changi Airport.
16.
UOB reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time and without giving any reason or prior notice, to vary, amend, add or delete any of the terms and conditions herein without assuming any liability to any person, and the Eligible Cardmembers shall be bound by these amendments. UOB's decision on all matters relating to the Service shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Eligible Cardmember. UOB shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with the Eligible Cardmember or any persons on any matter concerning the Service. Full terms and conditions of the prevailing UOB Cardmembers Agreement will apply and the Eligible Cardmembers agree to be bound by such terms and conditions upon receipt or acceptance of or signing on or use of the Cards. 2 air miles for every S$1 overseas spend (the "Promotion"):
The Promotion is open to UOB Privilege Reserve Cardmembers ("Cardmembers") and is valid only for overseas transactions made with Cardmembers' UOB Privilege Reserve Card from 22 October to 31 December 2012, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"). 5 UNI$ for every S$5 spent (which is equivalent to 2 miles for every S$1 spent) is only applicable in respect of overseas card transactions charged to the Cardmembers' UOB Privilege Reserve Card during the Promotion Period. Overseas card transactions refer to transactions charged in foreign currency, and exclude funds transfers, cash advances, fees, interests and other financial charges. Card transactions made overseas but effected in Singapore dollars will be treated as transactions made in Singapore. For the avoidance of doubt, the benefit of all charges incurred by a supplementary Cardmember in respect of this Promotion shall accrue to the principal Cardmember.

UOB shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of sale transactions by Visa International acquiring merchants, merchant establishments, VISA International Incorporated, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other parties which may result in a charge incurred made by the Cardmember being omitted during the Promotion Period and thereby affecting the Cardmember's eligibility. In the event the UNI$ awarded is in decimal points, the final UNI$ awarded for each transaction will be rounded down to the nearest whole figure. Current earn rate is 4 UNI$ for every S$5 spent. Crediting of the additional 1 UNI$ will be awarded as and when there are overseas transactions. Cardmembers can choose to convert their UNI$ into air miles at the conversion rate of 1 UNI$ = 2 miles. Adjustments will be made to the UNI$ if there is any credit posted to Cardmember's Card Account including those arising from returned goods or services, billing disputes, or any other reason at the sole and absolute discretion of UOB. In the event that the Cardmember's Card Account is delinquent, voluntarily or involuntarily closed or terminated or suspended for any reasons whatsoever before the UNI$ are awarded into such card account, such UNI$ earned shall be forfeited and the Cardmember shall not be entitled to any compensation or payment whatsoever.
