  • Bankers Guarantee (BG)
    Follow up on the release of the BG to the beneficiary when the notification has been issued.
• Trust Receipts
  • Receive notification of your approved import loan or invoice financing to better manage your cash flow.
• Reminders to pay Inward Bills [Letter of Credit (LC) and Non-LC] and Import Loan or Invoice Financing
  • Importers will receive a reminder two days before their inward bills (LC and non-LC) and import loan or invoice financing are due for payment for better management of your cash flow and payments.
• Letter of Credit (LC) Advice
  • Receive notification of your export LCs advised through UOB.
• Inward Bills
  • Receive notification of all inward bills (both LC and non-LC) to arrange for acceptance or settlement.
• Incoming Trade Receipts
  • Receive notification of your export receipts credited to your UOB accounts to enable you to better manage your cash flow.
• Letter of Credit Issuance
  • Follow up with your supplier for shipment when you receive notification that your import LC has been issued.
• Cash Alerts
  • Account Balance
    You will receive notifications of your account balance twice a day, once in the morning and another in the afternoon, so that you know your available funds for disbursements and investments.
• Account Balance Below Threshold
  • When your account balance falls below the threshold amount, you will receive notifications twice a day, once in the morning and another in the afternoon. This enables you to make timely decisions to manage your account and disbursements so that you will always have sufficient funds in your account.
• Incoming Funds

  • Save time and effort when monitoring your incoming funds from:

    • Inward Telegraphic Transfers (both Singapore and overseas)
    • Inter-UOB account Transfers
    • FAST
    • All trade credits (includes transaction reference number)
    
    You will receive notifications, at various intervals throughout the day, for incoming funds exceeding your pre-set threshold amount.

• Debit Notification
  • You will receive notification of any debits from your account exceeding the threshold amount at various intervals throughout the day, up to five times a day. This helps you manage your cash outflows with greater certainty.
• Return of Cheques Deposited
  • For SGD and US dollar (USD) cheques* deposited into your account that have been returned, you will receive notifications whereupon you can follow up with the issuer of the cheques.
