The restaurant reservation service (“Online Booking Service”) is provided and managed by Chope Group Pte Ltd (“Chope Singapore”) and is governed by its own privacy, security and accessibility policies. United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) has no control over the Online Booking Service. Your access and use of the Online Booking Service is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of access and/or use contained therein.
By accessing or using the Online Booking Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, please discontinue your access or use immediately.
You consent and authorise UOB to collect, use and disclose your personal data to Chope Singapore for the purpose of the Online Booking Service. You confirm that you have read and understood the Bank’s Privacy Notice (Individual) (available at www.uob.com.sg and the Bank’s branches) which forms part of the terms and conditions governing your relationship with the Bank.
UOB makes no representation or warranties in respect of the Online Booking Service provided via this mobile application. UOB shall not be responsible or liable and accepts and assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage or loss suffered arising from or in connection any access and/or use of or inability to access and/or use the Online Booking Service or with any aspect of the service provided by Chope Singapore, or reliance on the contents/information provided by the Online Booking Service. UOB is only facilitating the Online Booking Service process between you and Chope Singapore and does not review, approve, verify, warrant or make any representation with respect to Chope Singapore or the contents/information provided by the Online Booking Service. Any disputes about quality, service or standard, and honouring of restaurant reservations must be resolved directly with the Chope Singapore.
