FOR “UOB M STAFF PROMOTION” (“Promotion”)
- How do I qualify for the Promotion?
- You must:
- be an employee at United Overseas Bank Limited in Singapore
- have successfully installed and downloaded UOB M from the link uob.com.sg/UOBMapp within the Promotional Period
- have successfully logged in to UOB M only once using your UOB Personal Internet Banking username and password
- have a United Overseas Bank Limited VISA or MasterCard Debit or Credit Card that is active, valid, subsisting, in good standing and is/are satisfactorily conducted at all times as determined by UOB
- have successfully rated one of the participating restaurants which can be found in UOB M
- You will not be eligible for the Promotion if:
- you are an employee of UOB who is directly involved in organizing and/or promoting the Promotion; or
- your UOB Debit or Credit Card(s) are not active, valid, subsisting or in good standing and is/are not satisfactorily conducted at all times as determined by UOB in its discretion; or
- you are no longer in employment with UOB before 13 December 2015; or
- you are or become mentally unsound, facing legal incapacity or is not capable of handling their affairs, deceased, insolvent, bankrupt or have legal proceedings (or any threat) of any nature instituted against you.
- What do I stand to win and how can I win it?
- There are two tiers to The UOB M STAFF PROMOTION:
- Be the first one hundred (100) Participants to post a restaurant review of any participating restaurants listed on UOB M for the week to receive S$10 cash credit
- Be the participant with the most number of posted restaurant reviews for the week to receive an Apple watch

- What are Qualifying Restaurant Reviews?
- Qualifying restaurant reviews refer to completed reviews pertaining to a restaurant’s food, price and service which are present in UOB M.
- How do I rate a restaurant?
- To rate a restaurant, you need to first receive an invitation to rate the restaurant on UOB M app. To receive an invitation to rate, you need to:
- Install the UOB M app
- Turn on push notification on your iPhone or Android phone
- Have logged in to UOB M using his/her UOB Personal Internet Banking username and password
- Dine at a participating restaurant which is listed in UOB M
- Pay for his meal using a United Overseas Bank Limited Visa or MasterCard Debit or Credit Card
- The transaction amount needs to be at least S$10
No invitation will be sent to Participants who have not enabled push notification. Any transactions occurring when push notification is disabled will be forfeited.
- What is the duration of each week in the Promotional Period?
- Each week during the Promotional Period shall be defined as follows:

- How do I know if I have won?
- If you are eligible and entitled to either the cash credit or Apple watch, you will receive an email notification via your UOB email address on or before the respective notification dates below. The email notification will include details of your prize redemption if you have won an Apple watch.

The cash credit will be credited into your UOB bank account used for salary credit. For the avoidance of doubt, the cash credit will be forfeited if the said UOB bank account is closed before the cash is credited or if you cease your term of employment with UOB prior to 13 December 2015.
- I have forgotten my UOB Personal Internet Banking Username. What should I do?If you have forgotten your Username, please call our 24-hour hotline 1800 222 2121 (or +65 6222 2121 when calling from overseas) for assistance.
- I have forgotten my UOB Personal Internet Banking Password.What should I do?
You can replace your Password in one of the following ways:
- Visit any UOB Branch – Simply approach any of our staff for assistance
- Perform a password change at any UOB ATM – At the ATM, select Cashcard/Other Trans/NETS FlashPay > Other Transactions > Internet/Phone Banking/UOB Mobile > Internet Banking/UOB Mobile > Password Replacement
- Fill in a UOB Personal Internet Banking Form – Print, complete and mail the UOB Personal Internet Banking – Information Update Form to us. Your new Password will be sent to you by post.
Do note that our website or call centre does not facilitate your UOB Personal Internet Banking Password replacement.
- How do I apply for UOB Personal Internet Banking Services access?
If you don’t have UOB Personal Internet Banking access but have either a UOB credit card or a UOB bank account, you can apply for UOB Personal Internet Banking access at any UOB ATM, branch or online at www.uob.com.sg under eBanking->Personal Internet Banking->Sign Up.
- I do not wish to receive restaurant review invites. How do I disable push notifications?
If you wish to stop receiving restaurant review invites, turn off push notification services for the UOB M app.
- To disable push notification on your iPhone –
- Navigate to Settings > Notifications > UOB M > Toggle Off.
- To disable push notification on your Android Phone –
- Navigate to Settings > Sounds and Notifications > App Notifications > UOB M > Check “Show no notifications from this app” option.
- The notifications settings may vary depending on manufacturer and Android OS version, if in doubt please consult your manufacturer.
