• This special privilege is for the cardholder of UOB and payment must be charged to a UOB Credit card
• All offers are not valid with other promotions, discounts, privileges, set menus, special menu, membership privileges, VIP privileges, vouchers and cards
• Prices quoted will be subject to VAT and service charge at the prevailing rate
• In case of using the privilege at hotels’ restaurants, all offers are not valid on Public Holidays and other special occasions i.e. Valentine’s day, Chinese New Year or Christmas unless otherwise stated.
• All offers are bound by the terms and conditions of the respective merchants, revalidating the offers is recommended
• UOB holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, services, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality either of the offer or of the products/services made available to you by any merchant under this offer.
• The offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative or exchanged into cash
• UOB and the respective merchants reserve the right to withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel, at any time, without previous notice and assigning any reasons therefore.
• In case of disputes, the decision of the UOB shall be final and binding
