MIGHTY PRIVILEGES - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Each UOB Cardmember can only redeem one coupon. Coupons must be redeemed within the stipulated expiry date; otherwise the coupon will be forfeited and become null and void. Expired coupons cannot be replaced or renewed and no compensation will be made for a coupon that is not redeemed. Coupons are strictly non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
• Coupons are only valid for use with a UOB Credit and/or Debit Card issued in Malaysia.
• UOB Cardmembers are eligible to redeem the coupons at the participating merchants, subject to the participating merchant’s acceptance of Visa, MasterCard® unless otherwise stated.
• The value of the coupons is in Malaysian Ringgit, unless otherwise stated.
• Where applicable, promotion codes must be entered upon checkout and cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed.
• Coupons are not valid with other promotions, offers, vouchers, loyalty programs and gift cards, unless otherwise stated by participating merchants.
• Where applicable, minimum purchase amount excludes all taxes, charges, and fees.
• Complimentary items obtained using the coupons are not transferable or exchangeable in part or in kind for cash, credit or other goods and services. UOB and the participating merchant reserve the right, to replace or substitute the complimentary item with any other item of equal or similar value.
• The redemption and usage of the coupons are also subject to terms and conditions as may be imposed by the participating merchants. UOB Cardmembers are advised to check with the relevant merchant(s) concerned.
• Whilst all information in the coupons is believed to be correct at the time of publishing, UOB makes no representation or warranty whether expressed or implied, and accepts no responsibility or liability for its completeness or accuracy.
• The products and/or services supplied pursuant to redemption of the coupons are supplied by third party merchants and UOB is not an agent of the merchant/supplier of such products and/or services. Accordingly, UOB makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the products and/or services supplied by such merchants/suppliers and assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the merchants/suppliers or any non-performance or defects in the products and/or services. Any dispute regarding the use of the coupon or the products and/or services supplied thereunder is to be resolved directly with the relevant merchant/supplier. UOB shall not be required to assist in communicating with the merchant/supplier.
• UOB assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or expenses arising in connection with the coupons or use thereof, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or incorrect notice, text message, transmission or transaction, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any delay or failure in posting any transaction.
• UOB reserves the right to vary, add to or delete the Mighty Privileges terms and conditions, and to terminate the Mighty Privileges at any time and with prior notice. UOB is not obliged to enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter or decision relating to the Mighty Privileges.
• UOB's decision on all matters relating to the Mighty Privileges, including without limitation, the issue, validity, use and redemption of coupons, is final and binding on all participants.
• By participating in this the Mighty Privileges programme and in addition to any other consent already provided to UOB and any right of UOB under applicable laws, the UOB Cardmember consents to UOB and the necessary third parties collecting, using and disclosing his/her personal and to contact him/her, including by voice call or text message for the purposes of the Mighty Privileges.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and all participants shall be deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
